It was a great feeling to know we had a shuttle bus to take us from the airport to The Ramada. Staff very helpful with tourist info. We bought the breakfast buffett for the next morning. Absolutely magnificent breakfast. Staff very friendly. Going back to the Schipol airport train station only costs €5. We did our siteseeing and Happy days back to the Ramada on the free shuttle. This is the reason for us to choose the Ramada! Thank you

A good overall stay near the airport. It is great for those having a flight next morning: the hotel serves breakfast from 4.30am. Free shuttle to and from the airport is also nice. I was surprised to discover that a lot of hotels near the Shiphol airport don't provide that service. Cozy beds, nice breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is located just next to the picturesque lake and the channel. It is a good place to spend the night at the quite affordable cost. There is a free parking which is convenient for those who travel by car. The staff was nice and polite. The room and the bathroom was clean and tidy. Thank you!

It was very clean and I liked the layout of the apartment. We had a kitchenette which was great. Also, received vouchers if cleaning was not needed. Spent these and saved money in the bar/starbucks on site.
All amenities were there to suit needs.
The guy that manages (I think) the bar (Starbucks side) is amazing and attentive to customers needs. The male staff in the bar side are very polite and friendly.
Shuttle bus facility to airport and back through out the day is amazing. Then you can hop on train into town. Easy and accessible.

Close to the airport, was there for a one-night stay, just to catch our flight the next day. The first room we got smelled like sewage, hence why we contacted the reception, received a new room, which was dirty, hence why we for the second time contacted the reception. This time we got a room that was okay. We also got hot chocolate as compensation, sadly the hot chocolate from the machine tasted absurdly bad, so we did not drink it. I liked the space of the room ,comfort of the bed bathtub big and clean, swimming pool and sauna , existence of a kettle and a choice of teas and some good shops near the hotel, the shuttle service- do not make money on it please, you will lose clients for future and existence of sports facilities nearby. "Big up" to the tall lady chef, she was so very nice! And all the restaurant staff were really good. The free bus is also useful as we got the bus to Schiphol, train to Centraal and had a night out in Amsterdam then go the train back and got the bus back to hotel. Having said that, the 4 bus drivers we encountered were surly and didn’t seem to enjoy their job. Also, there is minimal space for lots of luggage if there are many people on the bus. The shampoo was very nice, however the shower temperature was quite inconsistent so I didn’t stay long enough in the shower to try the conditioner.
